Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for model training and inference.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Implement best practices for model monitoring, retraining, and maintenance.
  • Conduct experiments and A/B testing to evaluate model performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and integrate new techniques into projects.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with deep learning and neural networks (e.g., CNN, RNN, GAN).
  • Knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV).
  • Experience with model deployment and serving (e.g., TensorFlow Serving, FastAPI).
